Sights On Service, Inc.

I just received a check from Sights on Service, Inc. It is a small check, so I am sure it is real. The problem is, I am not signed up with any company named Sights on Service, Inc. There is no paystub or other reference information. Does anyone know if this company, Sights On Service, goes by another name as well?

Here is their payment policy:

"Payment Policy

If you believe you have not received a payment, please wait until 10 business days after we mail the checks to make sure it isn't en-route. Please note our checks are issued under our corporate name, Sights on Service, Inc. Often, shoppers don’t realize they have already received the check and cashed it.

If we have received the check back from the Post Office, we will verify your address and information and send the check back to you. If we have not received it back from the Post Office, we can issue you a new check, minus a $35.00 stop payment fee.

NOTE: It is your responsibility to ensure that your address and contact information are current in our system. "

TY! I did my first two shops for them in October. The total of the check equals those two shops.

Go to their website and compare the check numbers to the one you received. They usually pay the following month and on time. Their feedback is a bit frightful but its set to improve your narrative so they don't have to do much fixing.

I like them. They have only three general shops in my area. And they can be weekly if you are not detected and bi-monthly if their rotations are covered.

I just received my check in the mail today (Black Friday.) I agree; it is frustrating that they don't make any type of reference at all on the check. No job ID#, no shop date, no client name. I have learned to keep very detailed records of all shops performed, pending payments, and payments received (among other things.)
