The new scheduler at Second to None, Dana McNubb has become one of my favorites as well. She is so helpful, kind and prompt to reply to shoppers' emails and requests.
I second a lot of the names mentioned here! I love Elizabeth from Intellishop and the rest of the Intellishop scheduling crew :-) I see, there's been some changes with the new year and I'm hoping that some of my favorites haven't gone for good.
