Good company, small, having two jobs in my 30 mile raduis. Reports detailed 1200 words for a pretzel shop, but pay more than fair. I like them.

I just got an email from them about a shop. I am not even sure how they got my email

My scheduler is a sweetheart, and the editor always sends a love note
They only have one client here. Every single time, to get me to accept a shop, I have to first request payment for my last shop, which is overdue. $$ will then hit my PayPal account in short order.

Nice people. I haven't had the payment issues that Mert has. Perhaps they are one of those MSCs that pay us when they get paid...
That said, the word count on the shops can feel a bit pedantic. I prefer to be treated like an adult.

I agree with Steve about the word count. It wastes so much time and I often feel like I am going back into the report and adding longer words and "fluff." What's wrong with "quality vs quantity?" Other than that, a wondeful company to work for!

I agree with Steve about the word count. It wastes so much time and I often feel like I am going back into the report and adding longer words and "fluff." What's wrong with "quality vs quantity?" Other than that, a wondeful company to work for!
They are a good company to shop for and I would get bonuses on shops when the scheduler was desperate. However, as said in previous posts, the word count can be a monster especially if there is not much to report on. I had a problem with the last report I did for them, which has been a while ago now, and was told that I needed to add to my narative in order for the report to be accepted. I finally got extra words written in but it wasn't to my liking, but I guess they like it because the report was accepted and I did get paid.

I got an unsolicited email from them, telling me about all the great shops they had in the area. I completed the application and found no shops available.
There shops go quickly, after successfully doing a few, they'll send you emails, easier, be patient.

The system they use for reporting is AWFUL. I prefer Prophet any day. With the price of gas effecting my choices why not the reporting system? I think all MSPs should use Prophet or something of the same caliber.
