EPMS targeted apartment shops

Lisa, I've done apartment shops for two other companies. Both provided me with the schedule and I was able to reach the agents with no problem. This is the first time I've had an issue like this with EPMS.

The other problem is that the scheduler is only accessible via email and takes forever to reply to my emails.

You mean to say we are now obligated to get up cllose enough to a person's face to tell what their eye color is??? Boy that is going to look real subtle. Also what about those people whose eye color changes depending on what they are wearing or those who wer colored contacts to change their eye color. They could easily dispute the report. Good grief!
^^ Sorry for the typos in my last report, I've been on my phone because my computer is in the shop. Not only do we have to get up in their face, we also have to look for any distinguishing features, all while coming up with three negative and three positive things attributes about the person. We have to summarize the entire visit under the Executive Summary page, which is basically a paragraph where we repeat information we will go on to state in detail at the end of the report.

In a few months, they will probably ask us if the target had straight white teeth and minty fresh breath.
Not only is the eye color a waste of time so is the description of the leasing office. I assume those are to help them verify that we actually did the shops but doesn't the business card meet that need? EPMS really needs to review their forms and update them.
^I agree. I never know how much detail to include for the description of the apartment and the description of the leasing office.

I object to having to retain information that is really not useful like the eye color, office description. Why not let the shopper concentrate on the leasing agent's presentation and the complex/apartment?
