CoRI-cannot get in touch with after hours??

How in the heck do you get hold of these people after 5 or on Saturdays????

I ran into a HUGE problem yesterday that killed a route I had at a premium outlet center.

I rescheduled all 5 OTHER shops I had with no issue. The one teeny tiny CoRI shop I had that I picked up because I wanted the reimbursible, not the fee-I have e-mailed scheduler, responded to their automated "late notice" via their inbox system.

Short of sending up a smoke signal, I am at a loss. I hate to get suspended by them (as they always threaten) so I did not cancel the shop. Perfect track record until now.

If you contacted them after hours but before your due date/time, they'll usually let you slide.
Who are these people, I mean is this a shopping company or what? i typed in CoRI and got nothing except back round checkers.

She did. I ended up sending 2 direct e-mails (the first was well before shop due), plus 3 responses to each of the auto "your report is late" messages in my Inbox there before it was unassigned.

Mylowered score was restored, which I had been more peeved about than losing the shop to the backup. I am really, really appreciative of that being addressed immediately today.
