Anyone else missing their purple portal payment this month?

I'm following up on payments, and noticed that my last payment from the purple portal was 9/15. I usually get paid approximately every 2 weeks, and I see 2 payments every month for the last year. You can't request payment inquiry in general,just with a specific number and I just phoned the "help" desk and they said I needed to email in a payment inquiry!

Hi, I know it's insider speak- what's "purple portal" recommended at all?? Will
Marketforce -purple side. At this point, I don't know. It's been 25 days since I've been paid, so i'm getting worried.

Their website states 4-6 weeks for payment, don't even contact them until 6 weeks is up.
Why the sudden change is what I'm wondering, but it looks like we'll have to wait to see.
I was told that the 4-6 weeks applies to the individual job- meaning that once you do a job, you can expect to receive payment for that particular job in 4-6 weeks time. But since I started working for them, I have received 2 payments per month. I do enough work for them that its always been that way. But tomorrow marks 25 days since my last payment, and I sent an email to their "payment inquiry" and it bounced back as undeliverable.

I did get a message saying payments would be a couple of days late from the purple portal. Hope that helps!
I got the same message saying it's because of technical difficulties which could mean almost anything. At least we know they're working on it.
My thought is: they are behind again and getting lots of inquiries/complaints, and they sent that email to head off the complaints? I had a little chat with the CSR today, and got like 4 different stories. I'm hoping by Friday- we have an expensive weekend planned! LOL

Mine was in my account this morning. Would be nice if blue paid since they owe me about 45 times as much!
I received an e-mail from CFA (purple portal) over the weekend stating they were having technical difficulties with their pay system, but payments for the latter part of September should be received by mid-week. As stated, I received my direct deposit yesterday (10/11).
Mine was credited to my account this morning also.
