You are a First Time Customer, guests and children NOT allowed. You will be driving your car for the majority of the shop. Choose any car wash type except for the Master Wash. NEVER accept a membership.
Interact with the Service Advisor and give them the opportunity to explain the different levels of service to you. If a service advisor is not available, but the car wash is open that day and can be used, pause for at least a few seconds to see if someone will come out to help you. If no one comes out to help you, proceed by paying at the kiosk and complete all other observations.
After the wash, park in the vacuum area. Check the quality of your tunnel car wash and observe whether the appropriate services were provided. Note any issues and document in shopper notes. Vacuum one area of your car (ex. the driver’s side) to test a vacuum. You only need to check the suction power of the vacuum in a small area, then you can move on. Test the self-service air hoses to make sure they are operational. (This is a compressed air gun, similar to what you would use to clean a computer out.). Capture the towel bins to confirm that towels are stocked and clean.
Shopper Pay is $10.00, reimbursement is up to $25.00. Obtain your receipt to upload to your shop.
