Visit the assigned clothing store on your assigned date.
Observe and rate the condition of the store’s exterior and signage.
Evaluate interior cleanliness, organization, and product display quality.
Interact with a staff member and ask for outfit recommendations.
Choose any item(s) to purchase.
Proceed to checkout to evaluate cashier behavior.
Collect staff names and document all experiences.
Flat payment $25.00 plus reimbursement up to $5.00
