Visit the specified location on your scheduled date.
Order at least one donut and an espresso within the reimbursement limit (Additional items may be purchased but will not be reimbursed.)
Arrive at least 30 minutes before closing to complete all needs of the shop.
Dine in for at least 10 minutes after receiving your order to evaluate staff interactions and customer service.
Note: You will need to take photo(s) of the donut case(s).
If more than one, take a picture of each case.
Coralville has only 1 case and Springfield has 3 cases. All other stores have two cases.
If there are only 1-2 cases, you only need to upload 1 picture of each. The remaining upload boxes on the form are optional.
