Request a tour upon arrival and observe the staff's customer service, knowledge, and the cleanliness of the facility.
Make general observations about the facility's maintenance, staff appearance, and overall environment.
Take an image of the storefront as you leave and upload it to your report.
Flat payment $25.00, plus bonus of $5.00
