Schedule a reservation for you and a guest during dinner service 5-9 PM
Visit the assigned location for dinner with a guest
Order at least 1 appetizer and 1 entrée
Evaluate the service level and food quality during the dining experience
Assess the cleanliness of the restaurant during your meal
Reimbursement up to $105.00, not including tip
