Pose as a bride with a wedding 7–9 months away (have a specific day and month in mind).
Bring at least one adult guest to appear authentic.
Arrive on time — late arrivals may result in cancellation.
During your visit, you will:
Observe the cleanliness and appearance of the store’s exterior and interior.
Evaluate employee interactions, including the greeting and stylist service.
Assess the fitting room experience and overall service quality.
Evaluate the checkout or wrap-up process.
No purchase is required, and purchases will not be reimbursed.
