• Visit the store you’re assigned.
• Visit the Spectrum/Charter display in the store. This will likely be a table. PLEASE NOTE: The display may be labeled “Spectrum” or “Charter,” as they’re the same company. Other companies like Directv may have similar booths, but DO NOT qualify for this shop.
• Approach the representative and say you’re interested in internet service. Be open to other services they offer, like mobile phone and video/TV, to determine the knowledge of the associate. Evaluate the associate based on the interaction. You MUST note specific aspects of this interaction in your report, so please read the full briefing below for exactly what to pay attention to. NOTE: You DO NOT need to sign up for installation.
You must be ready to give an address in the service area of that location.
• Discreetly take 2 pictures of the signage and 1 of the agent after your shop is complete. You will also be asked to take a picture of the exterior of the store.
Flat payment $20.00, plus bonus of $10.00
