For this shop you will:
Download the McDonald's mobile app if you do not already have it.
Visit your assigned location on your scheduled shop date - be sure to verify the eligible hours.
Place your order through the Drive-Thru using the mobile app. Your order must include at least 1 entrée, fries, and a drink. Additional items (such as dessert) are optional.
Evaluate your experience and interaction with the associates throughout, noting:
How quickly you were acknowledged
Their professionalism, friendliness, and communication
Observe the exterior of the facility, assessing its cleanliness and overall appearance.
Monitor the Drive-Thru traffic and track how long it takes to receive your order.
Evaluate the quality of your food, including its freshness, temperature, and presentation.
Upload a photo of the storefront and your receipt.
Review the form to ensure you clearly understand all aspects of your evaluation before submitting your report.
