NetSpend card buy + an hour on the phone to activate is not worth the $13 pay

You get reimbursed for the fees and if you go during a slow time it's ok. However, I abhor the check cashing places that they have shops for near me! I wouldn't wish those places on my worst enemy.

Why? you buy a money order and they take two minutes inside and ten minutes for the report. What's not to like?
