So I have been mystery shopping since March of this year. I have been reading and posting on this forum for a while, but never introduced myself. So...............I am a 38 year old female, married, 2 boys 8 & 12. I got laid off from my job of 7 years in January (thank you Obama!), before I had made the first payment on the expensive SUV I had just purchased.
Fortunately, due to our circumstances, I wasn't forced to go back into full time work. I got into MSing in March. I started out doing all the shops I could get my hands on. You know, all the ones that piss off all the other shoppers that you took so low. In time, I have learned that I will not do a shop for less than $15. I prefer banks, but do FF and others here and there, mainly for bonuses only. My main goal is to make $900/mo to pay for my car payment.
Lately I have been able to do that by doing 4-5 shops two days a week. It's working out pretty well, but I have no desire to do it full time.
I am the one who gets irritated by all the redundant posts and people asking for a list of the best companies. People with no common sense irritate the Hell out me.
I have enjoyed this forum and have learned a lot over the last few months. I thank everybody who posts and offers advice.
