Hello everyone!

I've been shopping part time for a while to supplement my teacher's income. I did not know of this forum. Was with Tell Us About Us which was absorbed by Market Force. Have been with Sinclair Customer Metrics, Beyond Hello, and Mercantile Systems Inc. for a while now. I shop mostly the San Francisco Bay area. I'd be happy to answer any questions about these companies and a few more. Happy Shopping!

I am brand new to mystery shopping and need to learn the ropes. I am a member with BestMark and am scheduled to perform my first shop 8/15 at a car dealership. I was a regional manager with McDonald's and am very familiar with the mystery shopping process because it had huge in our overall performance and was taken extremely seriously, so I know the importance of it. I will be a very thorough mystery and take these assignments very seriously. I was told you can be a member of several mystery shopping clubs and make decent money. I also heard you can do as many phone shops as you like. My goal is to work with the best companies. Can any one please comment.

Welome to the forums. You are now self-employed and there will be a learning curve and some considerable investment of time to read the New Mystery Shopper Forum's "sticky" topics here and to sign up with and get some experience with, enough MSCs to begin to make reasoable money.

Serious shoppers start by making the time investment to sign up with 75-100 Mystery Shopping Companies (MSCs), not clubs, lol. You can start with clicking on the link to the list of Legitimate MSCs at the bottom of this page.

In the meanwhile, pull up a chair and read, read, read. No one's list of the "best" MSCs matches anyone else's list, so you will probably not get a "best list" here or anywhere else.
