Hi, I've been shopping for a few months, because I have recently returned from overseas. I was in a bad car accident in Thailand, which has left me unable to do fulltime work. So far, I have been quite happy with the shops that I have had but am somewhat limited in how far I can travel. Does anyone have any recommendations for companies in the areas of Melbourne or Cocoa FL? I have experience in accounting, finance, retail, and hospitality. Currently, I am shopping for KSS and GFK.

Jeremy,
The first thing to do to increase th number and types of jobs available in your area is to invest the time to increase the number of MSCs that you are registered with. Using the list of legitimate companies below, make it your job to sign up with a few more each day that you do not have a shop scheduled. Don't worry that some MSCs do not currently have work for you in the area. Clients switch MSCs all the time, and some places are shopped only quarterly or semi-annually, so 3-9 months from now who knows what will turn up from a company you've never worked for before.
