Hello out there...

Shawn ... This is a business. So you have to treat it as a business. This means constantly marketing yourself to independent schedulers, finding new clients and checking out general job listing boards such as those at MSPA and jobslinger (companies that use SASSIE). There are also boards for those that use the mysteryshopsol software and the shopmetrics software. Even when you have business or shops and are busy you still have to continually market yourself and get more clients. The week you slack off means you'll have a lean week down the road. Some shops are not listed and are only available when a scheduler knows you as reliable and experienced. They will contact you. Just as MSCs have a reputation with us, it works the other way around, too. They are rating us.

As a shopper of less than 6 months and a relatively new member of this forum, I am ashamed at the thought of being in the same class as Shawn. I figured out on DAY ONE that I was in no way permitted to lead others to information regarding specifics about which MSCs have which clients. I read my agreements with the (close to 40 now) MSCs that I work with. I spend time reading the forum rather than making demands. I utilize the search bar!

Shawn....my advice to you, since you're obviously not reading anything else....pick up a copy of Atlas Shrugged. Read about the difference between those who work for it, and those who expect it to be handed to them simply because they exist.
