I am new to this forum and wanted to take a minute to introduce myself. I am the Director of Scheduling and Follow-Up, AKA the managing person over the team that reaches out to you to accept a shop and the team that reaches out to you to help you complete your shop. I've been with Ellis since 2006 first as an Editor, then in Follow-Up, then in Scheduling and now as the Director of two of those departments. I work with shoppers, as well. I'm available to answer your questions on this forum or via my email at vdickerson@epmsonline.com. If you are not familiar with Ellis, we are a MSC that specializes in apartment shops only. With that being said, because we are shopping where one might call home for the next 6 months to a year, or even longer, our reports can be long. Our client's mandate the information we have in our reports and there's very little we can do to change that, as much as I personally would like. However, we pay quite well and have been in business since 1984. We pay once a month via direct deposit. We do thousands of shops a month and could use good shoppers to help us. We are very proud of the shops we provide our client and expect nothing short of excellent work. We have a group of editors that finalize a shopper's report before it is sent to make sure grammar is present and that there are no contradictions and/or discrepancies. We are willing to work with shoppers who may go out of their way for a route shop, but a bonus request must be beneficial for both of us.
