I just wanted to introduce myself. I have shopped from the East Coast to the West Coast and have shopped since the early 1990's. I have worked with one company for the entire time, and over the years added many others. I've had good experiences, and bad ones. I personally have been in the executive management end of retail for almost 40 years, so have a good grasp of the customer service end of shopping. I limit my shopping opportunities to areas outside of my own field so as not to have any conflict of interest and still find many shops to perform.
I enjoy MS because it does give me insight as to what I need to watch for in my own business, as well as getting it from a consumers' point of view. When many of us first became shoppers, the Internet was still young and not quite as easy to 'interact' with companies or other shoppers. We had to either mail or fax our shops, and direct deposit wasn't even considered. MS has come a long way over the past few decades, and has improved the overall customer service industry by their findings.
So, here's to the MS and MSC that continue to promote integrity in shopping and that they may continue to help improve the industry.
