Hi all! Hopefully I will hear some success stories on this forum. I've never mystery shopped before but I've worked in a retail setting that had mystery shoppers, so I know a little about it.

Welcome to the forum! As you read around you will read a bunch of kvetching and some success stories. Take the kvetching with a grain of salt unless it is a whole lot of folks having the same issue rather than one frustrated rant. But lots of good information here for you.
