Hi I'm New with Mystery Shop Forum!
I would like assignments.I am out of work. My experience in the past 40 years has been in, but not limmited to the fields of construction, finance, management, sales, transportation, wharehousing, merchandising, Real Estate, purchasing, estimating, bookkeeping,and electrical etc. I would like to start immediately in making both myself and my clients successful doing exceptional surveys.

Hi John, and welcome to the forum!

First, you have reached a forum of primarily shoppers discussing the triumphs and vicissitudes of mystery shopping. We do not have shops to assign. What we do have is a list of legitimate companies for you to register with. This is at the bottom of each page of the forum and is a link called 'Official List of Mystery Shopping Companies'. For each of the companies on the list there is a link to the company's website to register with them and for many there is a list of links to conversation threads on the forum about working for/with the company--gripes and kudos.

It is up to you to get registered, accept work, read instructions, perform shops, enter reports in a timely fashion and respond to editors. Only you can do this.

Edited to add: If I were you I would use the blue edit button in the lower right hand corner of your post to remove any/all personal contact information so that you are not innundated by spammers and scammers. Word of warning--don't send your personal information to any 'company' by email as it is likely a scam; standard pay for beginner jobs is single digit to low double digits so any job offering more than that solicited through email is likely a scam, especially if you haven't been working for the company for a while; companies do not send you money up front for shops, nor do they require you to wire transfer money away.

I would direct you over to the New Mystery Shopper section of the forum for more information about how this works, getting started and getting your business set up and going because this is, after all, Independent Contractor work and you will be operating your own small business.

This is a forum for mystery shoppers. Look around a you will find all sorts of valuable information on how to get started. My recommendation is to start in the "New Mystery Shoppers" section and read all of the sticky notes. Then start applying with the companies on the official list at the bottom.

John - To get started, sign up with Corporate Research, Maritz, and Bare. Be aware that Corporate Research will post their jobs at low fees, for example $3.00 and $6.00, but these jobs will increase through the month until picked up. It's not unusual for these jobs to eventually be available at $20.00 or more. Maritz usually won't bonus their jobs but they post a lot of work. Bare will sometimes bonus, but I believe most of their work goes at the original posted fee. Keep signing up with companies on the list at the bottom of this page. They don't hire strangers.

There is a company called job slinger, regester with them, it will cost a few bucks, but then after you get introduced to the companies, and feel you know longer need them you can drop off there list, it's up to you, thanks! Richard 717-557-6108

There is also an absolutely free jobslinger.com website where you can register to see their job board. They pull their postings from several other organizations' job boards as well as the SASSIE companies interested in participating.

There is a link to a list of companies at the bottom of this page. Some of the national companies are Corporate Research, Maritz, Market Force, and Bare. You need to be aware that Corporate Research will list their jobs at a low fee, but the jobs will increase through the month until someone picks them up. Read extensively on this forum and you will learn a lot of what you need to know. Each company will also have training.
