Hi Margaret! There is a whole list of companies in the "Official List of Mystery Shopping Companies" link at the bottom of each forum page. You will also find there links to threads where shoppers are discussing the companies. "Good" you will find is a matter of opinion so generally if the company is paying according to their stated payment cycle, it is worth your while to try a shop and decide for yourself. Of course don't take on a shop that you have too much time or money invested in as your first shop just in case you don't mesh with the company and it is rejected.
go to MSPA home page and click on about us. Then on the right, click on Providers. From this page you can search for companies by name, country, region, industry or services. Companies listed here are legit as they must show 2 years of tax records, give 3 clients as references and also pay a yearly membership fee in order to join MSPA.
This tna person has not provided enough info for me to regard this as anything but spam posted all over this forum site.

Beware: Taylor and Assoc. is NOT on either the MSC list here OR the volition list.

Edited to add: I just checked the MSPA member list. There is no web site shown for this company. All that is there is Rob Taylor's name and a link to his email, plus a phone number. A Google search turned up no MSC-probable companies.

Anyone else find anything?
